Formerly known as Platinum Apartment Homes, Agave Apartments was designed to capture the rhythm, color, and flavor of Austin, Texas. Fresh and contemporary, Agave Apartments lends an architectural nod to the “arts and crafts” style of architecture. Located in Austin’s backyard just south of Town Lake, the three- and four-story project takes advantage of the steeply sloping site while creating intimate courtyard spaces for outdoor entertaining.
