The architect was asked to design a four-story urban apartment of garden type units. The building incorporates an elevator serving each level, along with a full exercise area that is provided in the building. Each unit has a large balcony or enclosed patio area, security is provided throughout the facility. All units are required to meet the Fair Housing Guidelines for multi-family projects. Three floor plan types are available.
